Roasted Pumpkin & Black Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 c. chickpeas

  • 1/2 c. roasted pumpkin

  • 1 tbsp. tahini

  • 2 cloves black garlic

  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1/4 c. olive oil

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor until combined and smooth.
